One of the highest levels in the search industry this confers peace of mind for clients should a claim be made. This matches insurance offered by Local Authorities and as recommended by the CML. STL has had no major claims in its 30 year history.

Founder member of CoPSO and the Search Code
As a founder member of the Council of Property Search Organisations, we have been instrumental in establishing a trade organisation which regulates the provision of property searches and liaises with the Law Society, CML and government regarding the reform of the Home Buying and Selling Process and Home Information Packs.

STL helped set up the Search Code, which has been adopted by Government, the CML and other stakeholders as an industry standard.
