Founder member of CoPSO and the Search Code
We are a founder member of the Council of Property Search Organisations (CoPSO), a trade organisation which liaises with the Law Society, CML and government regarding the Home Buying and Selling Process and Home Information Packs.

We are registered with the Property Codes Compliance Board (PCCB) as a subscriber to the Search Code. We helped to establish this quality standard for the property search industry, which has been adopted by Government, the CML and other stakeholders.
