A Registered Office search
is the simplest search we do. It gives you basic information
about the company, including its current status and is faxed
back to you within an hour of being requested.

When I order a
Full Company Search with Accounts can I add extra sets of accounts? |

If you inform us at the
point of requesting the Full Search with Accounts, we can add
additional accounts for £5 per document.

What information
do I need to provide for an Individual Directors search? |

You need to supply the
individual’s Name, Address and Date of Birth to enable
us to pinpoint the correct person.

If a search result
comes back dissolved can you still obtain information if required?
|
|
This will depend on the amount of time which has elapsed since the company was dissolved.
Information is held at Companies House on microfiche archives for a certain period. After this time the data is destroyed
and therefore unobtainable.
