| Do I need a Home Information Pack (HIP)? |

HIPs were suspended on 21 May 2010. This means that homes marketed for sale on or after this date will no longer need a HIP.
Energy Performance Certificates are, however, still a legal requirement. Whilst sellers are required to commission an EPC, they won't need to have received it before marketing their property.
